Why this blog?

I challenge people almost every day to push their comfort zone for the sake of harnessing the power of their values. I am walking the walk by starting this blog. If I hadn’t had the support and compassionate nudging of respected people around me, I’m not sure I would have been able to get through life’s challenges including starting a blog.

I believe I have something to offer you, and the visual that comes to mind at this moment is that of an assembly line. The line starts with the raw materials of your life: your experiences, feelings, thoughts, body and spirit. As your life moves along on the ‘belt’, I see myself as one of the stations that adds a bolt, screw, or washer which helps you move forward. The assembly line of life is a continuing process with many stations, obstacles, breakdowns, and ups and downs along the way. The end product is the best version of yourself, which is guided by your core values.

In the blog, I hope to share with you useful, practical information, tools and skills to improve your time on the assembly line of life.
